Furthermore, the skill and versatility of her team extend to creating warm and inviting spaces for affordable and transitional housing communities, as well as vibrant senior living facilities.
Under Cadie’s leadership and vision, Parisi Portfolio has won several hundred local and national awards within the building industry, and Parisi’ work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, InStyle, and Elle Decor. Of note, Hotel Parisi in La Jolla previously received the AIA’s “Outstanding Interior Design” award and was recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as a top U.S. boutique hotel, and the Row at Red Hill was awarded the Golden Nugget Award for Best Multi-Family Housing Community (60-100 Dwelling Units) and Multifamily Community of the Year for 2025.
Cadie performs above and beyond her role as a CEO of a successful interior design firm. As a lobbyist, she has served and spoken on behalf of the multi-family housing industry at local, state, and federal levels. She has also participated extensively in advocating for the building industry by working with the Building Industry Association.
Cadie has also been named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Construction and Design for 2021/2022 and Top 50 Most Influential Women in Architecture and Design for 2022 by the San Diego Business Journal.
As a design professional dedicated to keeping up with the forefront of the industry, Cadie has her certification as a Certified Interior Designer, Commercial from the California Council for Interior Design, which is the only legally recognized title for interior designers in the State of California and authorizes her to stamp interior design drawings and specifications. Furthermore, she has been a speaker at leadership conferences for high profile industry executives regarding the latest design trends and developments.
In addition to her dedication to her team and her industry, Cadie is also passionate about giving back to the community. She has been engaged in philanthropic efforts for many years and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for various charitable organizations, and participates in fundraising for the Challenged Athletes Foundation, Operation Rebound, and the Semper Fi Fund.
Cadie has a strong interest and desire to support the arts in our communities, and is utilizing her design, marketing, and financial expertise as well as an expanded knowledge of the arts to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Oceanside Museum of Art.
