Jenny Giffen, LEED AP, NCIDQ

Vice President of Design

Jenny joined Parisi in 2011 and has over three decades in design and over 10 years in hospitality including hotels and restaurants. She graduated top of her class from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior and Architectural Design. In 1984, Jenny brought her talents to an Orange County architectural firm where her organizational and documentation skills guided the firm to many successful projects.  These include hotels, resorts, corporate offices and golf clubhouses. In 1994, Jenny received her NCIDQ certification. In addition to her hospitality portfolio, Jenny has many awarding winning projects in the multi-family and senior living arenas.  The residential communities and product types range from affordable to luxury, from garden walk up to urban high rise. The senior living projects include active adult communities, clubhouses and assisted living facilities. In 2009, Jenny became a LEED Accredited Professional.

Jenny joined Parisi, Inc. in 2011.  As Vice President of Design, she oversees the entire design process from conceptual design to installation. Her infectious enthusiasm and love of people drive her passion for design and architecture. “This industry is all about fostering relationships – whether it be with developers or end users. This career has brought together my two greatest joys:  people and great design”. Jenny’s work has been published in Interior Design Magazine and has been recognized with multiple industry awards.

Jenny is a member of several industry organizations, including the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Urban Land Institute, American Resort Development Association, South Coast Apartment Association and NEWH Hospitality Industry Network.  She was also involved in the development of Pretend City for The Children’s Museum of Orange County.
